I was very hesitant to buy a new car, but since I have visited grapevine ford I no longer fear the new car buying experience. What a great experience at your dealership. Mr. Curtis Harvey's custermer service was honest, direct and I knew he was there to help me get the car I wanted. As a single female I felt that he was sincere in trying to help me, that his service was not just all about seeing how much money could be made. Grapevine Ford was not the first Ford dealership that I visited. but in the furture it will be the first and last. Everyone at your dealership were VERY customer service friendly. I will be recommending everyone to Grapevine Ford and Mr. Curtis Harvey's. Other dealerships in the Dallas Mextoplex need to learn from your guys. He never hassled me, never pushed me in my decision making, and never once tried to keep me at the dealership longer than needed. He, in my perspective, is a great asset to the sales team. The management was also a big part in my decision to buy from Grapevine Ford. They understood my needs and catered to me in a way I have never experienced at a car dealership.
