Ford has some bad news for the bad guys: the American automaker announced today that it will soon be offering a brand-new front interior visor light bar on its police agency patrol vehicles, giving these cruisers an even more stealthy appearance.

In lieu of the traditional bulky aftermarket light bars currently seen on the police vehicles, this new light bar not only makes for a more "undercover," low-profile appearance, but allows for increased visibility on the officers' part, as well. Plus, we're told that the new bar provides superior color visibility and brightness, as well.

And did we mention they just so happen to look pretty cool?

Ford tells us that the new interior visor light is available to order now on the 2017 Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicle, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled on the streets of the Grapevine, TX area in the coming months.
