Okay, actually, it's only available to customers with a fleet identification number... possibly for the exact reason of preventing ideas like that. The LED strobe warning light kit is designed for utility, road construction, and municipal crews that need enhanced visibility while working road-side.
The factory-installed kit is already available for the 2016 F-Series Super Duty, and now fleet customers can order the same for any 2016 Ford F-150 model.

These front- and rear-mounted amber lens strobe lights help protect them outside the truck, too, with visibility as far away as 1,000 feet during the day, and a mile at night.
The strobe flash pattern can be programmed to meet specific fleet requirements, and comes with a Ford limited warranty of three years or 36,000 miles -- and it is not susceptible to the corrosion issues of an aftermarket installation.
