The sales-to-service handoff is a critical part of the way we do business here at Grapevine Ford Lincoln and it's an important aspect of maintaining the peak performance of your vehicle. As we like to say: We're there for our customers before and after the sale, so establishing a service relationship with new patrons is essential. In addition, we like to take the time to let our customers know how special they are to us and New Owners Dinners are one of the ways in which we can show our thanks and get people up to speed about the service process.

On that note, we'd like to thank everyone who attended our Ford and Lincoln New Owners Dinners in September! We were happy to see so many of our new customers arrive hungry and ready to learn! Along with providing delicious food, including catering from Esparza's, we were excited to give away over $5,000 in prizes at our Ford event and lots of fun giveaways at the dinner for our Lincoln customers. There were also great presentations from our sales and service teams, which offered useful information about vehicle maintenance and details about how to use car features, including technologies like Ford SYNC.
