Enclosed you’ll find a link to an awesome 360-degree interactive video of a Ford Mustang speeding down the U.K.’s legendary Silverstone racetrack. The video provides an incredibly unique view of what it looks like from the cockpit of a track car, providing a first-person vantage point that’ll make you feel like you’re actually in the passenger’s seat.

You can use your mouse or the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the video around in any direction and there are also helicopter and front-bumper views. In addition, you can view the speedometer and rev counter at any time with a simple click and view the car’s map position.

“I have never seen a 360-degree film of this quality before - it really is like being in the car,” said professional driver Paul Swift (the man behind the wheel). “I’d love to tell you how it’s done but I’m sworn to secrecy!” By the way, the unique 80-second film was captured with six GoPro cameras, which recorded Swift’s 1.6-mile lap on the National Circuit at Silverstone.

Check out the video now by clicking here. Once on the page you must click the Pony play button, after which point you’ll be shown a review of how the video works. Then to commence racing click the engine start button.
