Can I Pick Up & Drop Off My Vehicle After Hours?

Recognizing that many of our customers have busy lives, our service department opens at 7 am and closes at 7 pm Monday through Friday, and 7 am through 4 pm on Saturdays. If you should need more flexible hours, we can work with you to arrange early drop-off or late pickup. We encourage you to make a schedule an appointment, this ensures faster and more efficient service.

Do You Have a Shuttle?

To take care of our busy customers, we offer a complimentary shuttle service. It helps to secure your ride by notifying us when you schedule service. Please talk to our service department for more details on the travel radius of the shuttle.

Do You Have WIFI Available?

If you are waiting while your vehicle has an oil change or another service, you can relax in our waiting area. The lounge offers WiFi, allowing customers to work online or surf the web.

Is There a Warranty on Parts Used During Service?

The Grapevine Ford Service Department offers a varying warranty for labor and parts. We use parts made by Ford. This ensures that they are the quality, composition, and size of those parts which are replaced. We add the labor warranty to give you extra peace of mind. Do I Have to Pay For a Recall?

Our service department is certified for Ford recalls. When you receive a notice, please call us to schedule your recall repair. All work related to the recall is free to Ford owners. The manufacturer takes its responsibility to its customers seriously, and our service department is happy to part of that effort.

Will My Warranty Cover My Repairs?

Your Ford warranty is designed to cover various defects in your vehicle. If the work is covered by the warranty, then the work is free for you. Your service technician will discuss all warrantied work and any other service that may be recommended. You will receive a written estimate if payment is required, and we won't do the work until you give the go-ahead.
