Do I Have to Pay For a Recall?

Generally speaking, no. Our service department is certified for Ford recalls. When you receive a notice, please call us to schedule your recall repair. All work related to the recall is free to Ford owners. The manufacturer takes its responsibility to its customers seriously, and our service department is happy to part of that effort.

Will My Warranty Cover My Repairs?

This will depend on your warranty type. Your Ford warranty is designed to cover various defects in your vehicle. If the work is covered by the warranty, then the work is free for you. Your service technician will discuss all warrantied work and any other service that may be recommended. You will receive a written estimate if payment is required, and we won't do the work until you give the go-ahead.
