The Ford Bronco Sport is a new smaller off-road vehicle that is an alternative to the Bronco. Although built to handle off-road adventures, this SUV comes with a host of several creature comforts and safety aids that make it popular for daily use. Which Trims & Features Are Available in 2021?

The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport family contains five trim levels. First is the Base trim. There is no shortage of impressive features for this trim level, which comes with four-wheel drive and multiple terrain select modes to help you handle all road conditions with greater ease and confidence. The Base has a safari-style roof that adds character and helps haul even more cargo. Class-leading cargo capacity is a highlight of the Base trim. There's also plenty of room behind the front row for occupants.

Big Bend, the second trim level, has zipper pockets for style and function. It also has floodlights in the back for enhanced visibility at night, and it has a keyless entry system. A rubberized floor in the cargo area makes for easier cleaning. The Outer Banks trim includes 18-inch aluminum wheels with a machine finish and a black paint color. Its roof is painted black for a more dramatic appearance, and its interior upgrades to leather upholstery. The Badlands is a sportier addition with advanced four-wheel drive and seven terrain select modes. The First Edition, which tops the line, has special badges and styling elements.

What's Under the Hood of the Bronco Sport?

The Ford Bronco Sport has two available engines. The first is a turbo 1.5L with three cylinders. This engine generates over 180 HP and 190 LB-FT in torque. Four-wheel drive is standard across the board, and some trims have advanced four-wheel drive. The second engine, available on the Badlands and First Edition, is a more powerful 2.0L four-cylinder engine. This engine creates 245 HP and over 270 LB-FT of torque.

2021 Brings a Wide Selection of Safety Tech

The Bronco comes equipped with lane-keeping assistance, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision mitigation, and automatic emergency braking. You can also add adaptive cruise control, lane centering, and traffic sign recognition through the CoPilot360 Plus package.
