In 2020, the Ford Super Duty gets some changes to its exterior and mechanics. This year's truck gets a moderate facelift and new styling in the back end. What Features are Available for 2020?

There are six trim levels available in the 2020 Super Duty. The lineup starts with the XL. The XL offers a number of conveniences and overall exceptional value. Moving up the line, you'll get more standard and available features that include safety aids and luxury features. The XL is equipped with tow mirrors and standard trailering equipment. The XL's interior features include a tilt-telescopic steering wheel and an adjustable driver's seat.

The doors and windows can be manually operated. Basic safety tools in this trim include a backup camera and seat belts. Bluetooth is standard. The sound system gets AM/FM radio, a CD player, and four speakers. The XLT gets premium cloth seats inside, cruise control, USB connectivity, and an eight-inch infotainment display screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The next trim in the lineup is the Lariat. This trim gets a power-operated liftgate and assist steps. It also gets contoured seats for a more comfortable interior. The Platinum and Limited trims top the line with more luxury and amenities. Adaptive cruise control is standard on the Platinum, while the Limited gets leather seats. The King Ranch features Western-style design themes inside and out. It also gets a heated steering wheel, leather seats, and additional amenities.

2020 Ford Super Duty Powertrain Options

2020 Ford Super DutyThe 2020 Ford Super Duty is available with several engines, including a diesel. The base engine, which is standard on the entry-level model, is a 6.2L with eight cylinders. This engine generates up to 385 HP and 430 LB-FT of torque. It is connected to a six-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard with this engine, while all-wheel drive is available. The next engine is 7.3L V8 that produces 430 HP and 475 LB-FT of torque. A turbocharged diesel produces 475 HP. The higher-level engines get a 10-speed transmission.

2020 Ford Super DutyAt a minimum, a backup camera and airbags for all are included in the Super Duty. Additional features, which are standard or available, include rear cross-traffic alert and blind-spot monitoring. A trailering tow package is also available. Tire pressure monitoring is standard.
